Refund Policy
If your crew hates it, we make it right.
Stymie offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on the $50 trip fee. If you paid for a trip and you or your crew aren't happy with how it's going, email kyle@stymiegolf.co within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund the fee in full. No forms, no friction, no follow-up survey.
We'll keep your trip data exactly as it was: scores, photos, recap, and the URL all stay where you left them. The refund covers the $50 fee, not anything you spent on tee times, lodging, or travel.
How to request a refund
- Email kyle@stymiegolf.co from the address on your commissioner account.
- Tell us the trip name and the date of the charge.
- We refund the $50 to the original payment method within 5 business days. Stripe usually shows it back within 7.
The fine print
- The 30-day window starts at the time of the original charge, not at the start of the trip.
- One refund per commissioner account; the policy is meant to cover real buyer's remorse, not season-long round-tripping.
- We may decline refund requests that look like fraud or abuse, but in practice this almost never happens. If you ask, we refund.
